I submitted an online inquiry about switching to Ferrell after more problems with the propane company that 'came with' my house when i bought it last year. Ferrell responded within a few hours and was extremely helpful! likely i'll be switching to Ferrell very soon.

They drove through brand new sod with their truck to install tank. My yard looks horrible. Wish I would have never used this company.

They made a fast delivery and the gentleman that came to deliver the propane was so nice. The customer service is very nice too. Never had an issue.

sat on hold for over a hour, then blue rhino answers phone and says i have to call back. Still have not talked to anyone worst service i have encountered did get a call back from jacob after repeated calls over 2 days and was told they could offer no help to deliver gas even tho we were out for several days called Dean's gas they came right out and we changed service so glad Ferrel Gas forced us the move our account to a company like Dean's now we will see how long it takes ferrell to return our money and get there tank out of the yard. over a month later and still no refund has been sent back to me even after Jacob Garrow said it was in the mail and gave me a number to call back to that no one answers Ferrell gas has to be the worst company i have any dealings with

Big company that doesn’t empower its employees to do right by the customer. They are ignorant of the laws governing propane in NC. I will be looking for a smaller, local provider next time -even if that means paying a little more.

The driver that came out to install my tank was courteous, knowledgeable, safety conscious, and good guy. He answered any questions I had and even made sure the person that installed my gas range switched it to propane (which they didn't)- I am very happy with their service so far and would recommend them to anyone that is looking at propane companies.

I checked my tank 3 days ago and I had 28%. I called and put my name on the list for delivery. I checked today and it looks like it is on empty. I called and unless I pay a special delivery charge of over $100 I can not get gas until my "regular" delivery time. I pay my bill early and they never refuse it but when I need help it is "extra". I have been a customer since they took over the company from NC Propane and I was a customer with them from 1995. Loyal customers means nothing to them. The office staff and the delivery people are nice helpful people but Corp. Ferrellgas is only after your money.

Terrible!! They are quick to take your money but they sure take their precious time delivering even though you tell them you have 5 kids in your home. We have found another delivery service after having to go without heat for 6 days thanks to their awful customer service!!

15 years of wonderful service. The delivery staff are always polite and speak to you as if they have known you forever. Office staff does a remarkable job in answering questions and doing what they can to make sure your delivery is as you requested.

They do not refill propane tanks for grills like the Google search says. They said that they own Blue Rhino so they would rather you use that service.

Call local number and get someone in a different state and put you on hold.
