LIBERTY TAX TOOK THE FEE FOR THEM TO FILE MY TAXES BUT HEY NEVER DID! NOW I HAVE A LETTER FROM THE IRS SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO GARNISH MY WAGES. THEY HAVE YET TO PRESENT A SOLUTION. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY LATE FEES FOR A MISTAKE I DIDN'T MAKE. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I WENT TO THE ZEBULON NC OFFICE TODAY AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED EARLY AND THE MAN I SAW INSIDE WAS HIDING IN A CUBICLE. I WENT TO THE WENDELL NC OFFICE AFTER AND IT WAS CLOSED WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY LET ME DOWN.

The $50 is a scam if u owe taxes even if u utake the time to let them file for u you still do not get your $50 also the refer a friend is a scam too because no where does it say u gotta wait to get your refer a friend money til the person gets there taxes back!! Not to mention they didn't even offer my mother $50 so I called and got told they don't know why and I also got informed that I couldn't get my refer a friend payment til my mother gets her tax return but no where in fine print does it t say this info!! I will not refer anyone else!!

Rip off scam didn't even give the $50 and refer a friend didn't even get the money for that and the friend referred didn't get the $50 either

Terrible! The lady who did my taxes really didn't say anything to me nor did she ask me any questions she just basically said "sign here" on top of that she didn't mention the advanced loan she didn't ask me if I wanted to apply for it. And at the end she forgot to give me the $50. At she didn't put my information in a folder or envelope so I just had a bad experience all the way around

Tax services are what they are. However, if you want stellar customer service, Liberty Tax in Zebulon, NC by far has the BEST, solely because of Pam. I have seen turnover in the past 15 years using them but Pam has always been the only one I go to. I'd wait half a day to just sit and chat with her while she does my returns. (And no. I m not related to her. She is just top notch & knows her stuff)
