“The delivery man is very friendly and efficient. The call in customer service representative is always friendly and helpful. The only issue is with updating my tank level online. That has been an anxiety to keep up with in this extra cold time. But alas... I'm having them install a more automated system for keeping my tank full. All in all i am thrilled with the service.”
