“I was greeted when I entered. Did not have a reservation. The website for some reason did not like my debit card. Would have gave up cash but U-Haul would not allow that with a new unit. So we found a work around. The owner was patient and kind. Everything else went well. Would recommend renting from them.”

“i never write reviews but i really wanted to thank lily for helping us out today. my mom ran into some unexpected issues with her license while trying to rent a U-Haul truck, and lily went literally above and beyond to help get everything sorted out and never made us feel like an annoyance. she was seriously incredibly kind, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. she made a stressful situation feel easy and smooth :) she also took the time to give me recommendations when i was shopping after the rental. best customer service i’ve experienced since moving to NC from NY. thank you!!”
