“I was disappointed that I had to wait for the office to open for my initial move-in. The website didnt mention that until after i paid. I was in a bind and needed to start moving things right away and had to wait from 245am until 930, which caused me to miss a day of work. Perhaps that should be mentioned before people are charged for the unit. However, the lady that helped me was VERY nice and courteous. She was simply filling in for the regular person but couldnt have been more nice or accomodating!”

“I was greeted when I entered. Did not have a reservation. The website for some reason did not like my debit card. Would have gave up cash but U-Haul would not allow that with a new unit. So we found a work around. The owner was patient and kind. Everything else went well. Would recommend renting from them.”

“Great customer care , extremely helpful and most of all , when it came to my knowledge of renting a U-Haul which is none at the time , they were understanding and displayed more patience with me and my family than anyone could ever expect , even made me and my wife breakfast..... TRULY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE FAMILY..... SPEAKING FOR MYSELF AS WELL AS MY WIFE , WE RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS EVER IN NEED OF A U-HAUL TRAILER CAR DOLLY ETC , IT WOULD BE WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO VISIT THE EAGLE ROCK LOCATION WHEN IT COMES TO RENTING A U-HAUL....ON BEHALF OF MY FAMILY AS WELL AS MYSELF , WE THANK YALL AND MY GOD BLESS YOU IN DAYS TO COME .....”
