Christina was phenomenal in spite of literally spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service to handle what should have been a very simple and straightforward phone upgrade with a trade-in. She kept her cool, was kind and courteous, kept me in the loop about the entire situation in spite of how frustrating it was for her, and just generally gave great customer service and attention in spite of the circumstances. Five Stars to this particular store because of Christina, but I don't even know that I'd give Verizon itself a single star because they made that process entirely too complicated for their own people who are on the ground with a customer in their face. Verizon you need to do better. Christina, you rock!

Edguardo Trejo was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail and made sure all our new devices were transferred and working. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoyed his job. Thank you Eddie my wife and I are very satisfied with our new service and we plan on recommending our friends and family.

This is the worse 3rd party store ever I wish I would have just went to a corporate store! First when I brought my new 16 pro max the agent Nick told me that the case, adapter, and lenses cover came with my deal . Remind you I did not receive a bill when I left the store ! After investigating where my bill was because I did not get an email he charged me those things separately which came up avg $135 with tax and I could have gotten cheaper at Amazon. I will not recommend this store . Yes I tried to get a refund but I could not unless in the box ! Duh he put it on my device at the store n I didn’t have the boxes! This store is not the one !

Nick took a couple hours to suggest new phones, transfer data and set them up for inexperienced users. He graciously responded to all questions. He made this a terrific experience. We thank him very much.

My phone was 6 years old and I was beginning to have problems. The offer from Verizon was too good to pass up. Ronnie was patient and answered all our questions and being senior citizens we had a lot.
Glad we stopped in that day. It is taking time but I am enjoying my new phone.

We just bought new IPhones at this store. It was worth the drive to Zebulon to deal with Nick Williams. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and made the purchase of new phones seamless for us. It’s worth the drive from Raleigh !!
