The order pick up is a joke. Managers are rude and unhelpful. Buyer beware, order your grocery delivery from somewhere else.

BEWARE OF SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES ONLINE WITH ZEBULON, NC WALMART... I used the grocery pick up service tonight 08/21/2022 and was treated so rudely by the worker named Sarah and the Lead named Victoria. Our pickup was supposed to be between 6 and 7pm. I had someone waiting on the groceries at Walmart at 6pm. I called up there and spoke with Sarah who was rude and said to be honest you probably will not even get your groceries today.. I asked why she said they were busy. I asked to speak to a manager because I didn't understand why it wouldn't be done today. That is when the another lady came on the phone.. I asked if she was a manager... she said yes. I explained to her what was said and stated I thought the young lady was rude. The lady asked who told me this.. I said it was the lady that handed you the phone. She put me on hold to see what was going on. She came back to the phone and said she is not sure but my order just popped up in the back... she would put me on hold and go back and see how long it would be. This time I heard her tell another co worker... I put her on hold... Sarah.... you are soooo rude.... Sarah replies... Yes.... I am soooo rude.... and the manager again states... Sarah you are so rude and they laugh together... Sarah states I told her she isn't getting her groceries tonight in a sarcastic voice... they laugh and then the manager goes on and I'm still listening while I'm on hold about 10 more minutes. The manager then comes back to the phone and says mam'.. I said before you said anything can I have your name please... she says Victoria.. I said Victoria you did not put me on hold and I heard you guys make fun of me and carry on... I want to speak to your manager now... I have been treated so badly... Victoria hangs up the phone.I call back and speak with a store manager. The store manager went to find out what was going on and called me back stating it would be about an hour but he did send help over there. He stated those two were at lunch and he would be speaking with them when they came back so he could hear both sides of the story. I asked him if Victoria was even a manager and he stated she was a Lead. I will not be doing online orders from them again because of this. Not to mention it will cost us around $8 in gas having to go back home and then back to pick them up. I believe this is one time two people need to be let go of their jobs. You should not treat people like this. What happened to customer service? We finally were notified that our order was ready at 7:34pm. Went to pick it up and checked in at 8:06... was not brought out until 8:39 and they even brought groceries out to 2 other people who pulled in after us before they would bring ours out... Went to call the store manager back to let him know and low and behold... he would not answer my call... tried 5 times to get him... the girl at the desk said she would hand a message to him and still no phone call.... 'Walmart in Zebulon will not get my business again!!!!!

When you use the pick up app with this store it will not tell you when items are out of stock, they made substitutions for half my order. Also the app shows times available, just to have it delayed and when "your order is ready" be ready to wait greater than 30 minutes in the parking lot. I use this app at other stores and website is pretty accurate on out of stock supplies, and have never waited more than 15 minutes for orders. I will not use pickup at this store again.

Typical Walmart. Came in for a wide assortment of items the day before Halloween. Very limited candy selection. Hardly any costumes. Found the batteries we needed size 2032 for car fob. Found an assortment of outlet covers we needed. No salt free green beans. No towel rack like what we wanted. Did find a fluffy pillow we didn't even know we wanted until we passed it by. Store seemed to need restocked on this Saturday afternoon. The first two carts I chose had wonky wheels and had to be returned for as smoother buggy. All were rusty. None were sanitized and nothing around to clean them. Employees were in masks as were most shoppers.

This walmart is the most convenient to my location. Usually, items are well stocked (as well as it can be given the pandemic and exponential growth in the area). Employees are attentive and kind, and i appreciate their hard work. However, the baby section needs serious attention. Twice, I've purchased baby food and each time, there has been expired baby food. Formula selection is dismal and we've resorted to ordering online direct from the manufacturer. This isn't feasible for most people. Attempting to contact someone is a nightmare because the phone keeps ringing and ringing. This has to be remedied...it can be so dangerous to give infants expired purees, especially immunocompromised infants. If you purchase baby food and/or formula from this location, please be vigilant looking at expiration dates.

I used to shop at this store a lot, now only if absolutly necessary. They have cut the number of cashiers to the bone. Shop any time and you can bet there will be maybe 2 cashiers working and the line can back up to 15+ people. Last trip there, I shopped for 10 minutes and it took 45 minutes to check out. Meanwhile there are plenty of blue vested " associates " roaming around the store. What is wrong with management? I have asked an employee and they just say " that's all that's available ." This, paltry number for a Super Size WalMart. Sorry to say, this is the new status quo.

Wow, I have to say that as a whole this store is okay but however, the ladies room is one of the worst I've ever seen. There are 5 or 6 stalls and literally THREE of them have no locks! The bathroom was also filthy. Some of the departments were extremely messy as well. I typically shop at the Louisburg Walmart and that location tends to be quite clean and organized. This location has ample parking but again, if you can't even fix broken bathroom locks or clean the bathroom, there's a significant problem.

When covid initially hit, this store did a great job keeping the staff and customers safe. They had numerous employees helping to reinforce social distancing and mask wearing. Carts were cleaned regularly. Now, one person is at the door and customers and employees walk around with no masks, masks below their faces and no social distancing is monitored or corrected. People walk by the managers with no response. This Walmart does not care about employees or customers any longer. They are obviously only concerned about making $.
