Camp Mondamin

Hours: Camp Mondamin is a summer camp for boys, founded in 1922 and still run by the same family. It is an excellent, non-competitive camp focused on outdoor activities and camper growth. The camp provides a stunning venue with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, which also serves as a beautiful and unique wedding location. The program offers many multi-night trips camping via backpacking, sailing, mountain biking, rock climbing, paddling—a highly notable paddling program—and horseback riding. Campers pick their activities daily and enjoy nature camping overnights. The camp maintains its wonderful original condition and design, creating an almost magical atmosphere. It has played a big part in many lives, teaching valuable lessons and providing amazing opportunities. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond. Counselors encourage campers to try new things. Families are happy to have found this great place and look forward to sending their sons for more summers, where they gain experience and make memories they will remember forever. Many hope future generations can continue to benefit from this excellent camp.
