“Absolutely the best experience at a auto parts store everNeeded a plug for a windmill tower trailerBut they didn’t carry that type of plug.What he did carry however was a complete plug kit that cost over $200 and it had the two wires with the exact connectors on the ends that I was in very bad in need of and the wires came with the kit as a complete set.Now he could have said that I would have to purchase the set as most small businesses would have said to make their profit on the kit.Imagine the surprise of my face when he took the two wires out of the kit and told me to just give him a few dollars a piece for them so he could get me back on the road and on my way to finish my load.Excellent customer service and very nice employees.I have never had a experience with a auto parts store as good as my experience with this Napa.I will recommend this place to anyone who needs to work on anything with wheels for sure.Thank you so much for your help this morningGod bless you and may he bless your life in ways you could never imagine sir.”
