About Allstate Peterbilt of Bismarck
Allstate Peterbilt service and parts depart were very helpful, got a truck that broke down outside of town going down the road with a new alternator in a matter of 2hrs. Employees are friendly and good to deal with; they remembered a customer after a phone call over a year ago. The mechanic was nice enough to explain what happened and what to do if it happens again. Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the office is very helpful regarding service. They do good work, ordered needed parts and had the truck out the next day.

Great place to get fixed up at. Fixed my truck and when my trailer brakes locked up, they helped me free them up. 10/10 business

Had issues with after treatment and they got us an appointment right away! They were thorough with the repair process, found the underlying cause, and kept us informed the entire time! Mechanics were very knowledgeable and JW took the time to explain the issue to me! Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

One of the better Peterbilt places to go
Stay out of the one in Sioux city Iowa or Bakersfield California
