Someone give Landon a raise, the man is a life saver. I travel and have to switch sims is nerve-racking cause i might loose my SIM card, switched it to esim, now i don't gotta worry about losing anything. In and out 10 min tops.

I went in for some help with a charge on the bill. I was told that the ATT store can not make changes to bills and that I had to call into the company to fix the problem. I called in and the representative said that the problem was fixed. I will find out on the next bill.

Not friendly or helpful at all, the young man did not offer me the best deal or try to help me with a new phone after he informed me that my phone I brought in was broken so I asked to take advantage of the 89.99 new activation deal since I just paid over $100 for my new activation I brought in he said no because it was for new activation services so idk what I was but I didn't qualify instead he advised me to go purchase a new phone and just put that Sims card in any prepaid phone and it will work so I purchased another phone and it still didn't work so I returned upset because it wasn't my phone after all he didn't provision the Sims correctly so then he got it working and I said so I bought a phone for nothing, and I said thank you and he didn't answer me as he was annoyed clearly by me and didn't apologize for the inconveniences as well as extra costs so I paid $190.00 for new activation for prepaid services ($75) and a phone I didn't need. I also noticed that yester there was another customer there having technical issues they also did not resolve I will be switching carriers and never referring family or friends to this particular location by N. WalMart

After numerous visits on behalf of my 90 year old dad, I have found little that their employees can do at the store level, outside of taking your money when they sell you a phone and a plan.

AT&T staff was very helpful, about, which service, and offers are available, not only at this location, but other AT&T locations as well, all providing excellent service.

An absolute nightmare. Been in 3 times to get a phone line working over the past two months (service kept getting cut off because it wasn't set up properly). They never solved the problem, they just charged me money and the service doesn't work, then tell me I can't have a refund. I went to another carrier. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I had about an hour wait to be seen. But after that, Austin resolved my issue quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably. I had to get a new phone to resolve my issue (at&t no longer supported my older model by designed obsolescence), he helped me select the model I wanted but it wasn't in stock there. He then determined that they had one at the south store and had them hold it and ensured I wouldn't need to wait again when arriving at the south location to purchase it. Austin knows what he's doing and he does it well.
