“Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not even exaggerating. Battery died at Menards, called Interstate and they had someone out to jump me within 30 minutes, and drove to the store where I got a new battery with no waiting. The man who took my initial call(unique accent) was the one who tested and swapped my battery. He gave me what I thought was a great deal! “They installed a grill guard on my new Ford F150 truck. The service was fast and great quality. The price was very reasonable. Would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that the did not reinstall the tow hooks back under the front bumper. When I asked why I was told some grill guards won't let it happen. My close friend has the same truck, same grill guard and was able to reinstall the hooks with some minor modifications that took extra time. No one called to ask if I was willing to pay extra Labor cost to make it happen. The stuck to the quote and now I don't have tow hooks in the front. Despite that small oversight I will be going back to them as they do excellent work at a very reasonable price.”
