“There is always someone ready to help you. I don't know why that if I'm looking for wipers that they need to know if it has 4x4 or a/c lol. They are all good people and most pretty knowledgeable and with 3 locations close enough they usually have what I need. If they don't shipping is usually within 2 days sometimes it's the wrong part but with so many options it's understandable. Competitor's have similar results when it comes to wrong part. O'Reilly has no problems returning for correct part.”

Battery died at Menards, called Interstate and they had someone out to jump me within 30 minutes, and drove to the store where I got a new battery with no waiting. The man who took my initial call(unique accent) was the one who tested and swapped my battery. He gave me what I thought was a great deal!
