I have been using AU for approximately 2-3 months & repairs on 2 vehicles. The professionalism from the office to the automotive technicians has been exceedingly satisfying. If time slots don’t align with my schedule they make adjustments to accommodate your time frame. Repairs are explained in detail so you know exactly what the issues are, what the details of the repairs will be & accurate costs to bring your vehicle back to dependable operation. I have now found my honest & trustworthy vehicle repair facility.

This shop is AWESOME! They got me in fast, diagnose & fix my issue. They discussed options and where wonderful! They found and fixed my vehicle fast and did not do any unnecessary repairs, however looked everything over and where so very excellent. I found them to be honest, very reasonable and all around would recommend to anyone! Experts at European cars, So often shops will take advantage of people not knowing about mechanics, this shop was A+, Hands down best place in town.Services: Auto maintenance

We appreciate the dedication of Automotive Unlimited. They go above and beyond the service required to assure that your vehicle is in great running condition. We took our vehicle in for plugged catalytic converter and found that the drive shaft hanger bearing was bad and they also let us know we had a bad wheel bearing hub assembly. My brakes suddenly started squealing and scraping. II was concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I called automotive unlimited and explain the situation. They were able to get me in that day and replace my brake pads. The technician recommended. I also have my shocks and struts replaced. This service gave me peace of mind. This place is incredible ! I was almost shocked by the honesty they showed me. I don’t speak the language of car/engine issues at all & am the kind of person that would likely be taken advantage of in the wallet aspect of walking into a shop. This was NOT the case at all here. I felt so comfortable talking to Sheldon & he explained everything in a way that was as understandable as it could be for someone with little to no knowledge in this department. My questions were answered with respect & understanding. If your anxious about talking with someone about vehicle issues Automotive Unlimited is the place !! I’m going to be returning soon to resolve a couple other issues very shortly & I recommend everybody to do the same !Services: Tires

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a mechanics shop. We had alternator trouble on our way to Medora at 4pm. They were able to get us in an hour before they closed and back on the road by 5:30 (after close).Everyone was super friendly and knew their stuff without making you feel like an idiot as some shops do.Thanks Sheldon and entire staff!! We were in the middle of a road trip and the AC went out. I showed up at 5pm (closing) on a Friday and they stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I'm extremely impressed by their care and consideration. Returns a bit of my faith in humanity.Service: Air conditioning

Fast serviceDedicated mechanicsVery knowledgeableI recommend this shop for anyone with a Euro car. I drive an Audi, this shop is not out to just take your money. They really want to solve the problem(s). My car started having a few issues, brought my car in they spent a decent time working on my car to find and solve the problem.Added bonus got to watch and listen while they dyno tuned my dream car(hell cat challenger)

The guys at automotive unlimited were extremely professional and nice while dealing with my truck. They were able to diagnose the problem I had with my drive shaft and fix it in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of an automotive repair as they are very professional, clean, nice and timely.

Automotive Unlimited did a fine job at diagnosing, estimating, and fixing my issues with my Mini Cooper. The customer service representative was friendly and professional. The service work was done in a timely manner and the estimate was accurate. There were no surprises on the billing statement once the job was completed. Very helpful and friendly! It turned out that my car did not need repair and they were honest enough to let me know that. I ended up making an appointment for another issue and will be back every time my car has a problem. Thanks to everyone there for the positive experience!
