    Very experienced, friendly lady, methodically collected information to process for a TSA clearance number. Info, fingerprints, photo. Information number received that day in email. Very efficient.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Even though the new fingerprint system was having issues, they were able to process my TSA Pre-check information using their older system. It was nice that they had a backup process.
