When I called this place to ask where they were located (I went to the address and nothing - no sign I could find) the owner told me it "didn't matter anyway" because his mechanic had gone home sick that morning. Well wouldn't that have been nice to know after driving from almost an hour away (all places in my town were full up) and making sure to be right on time for my appointment! Totally unprofessional! I'm not upset about the mechanic being sick - that happens to everyone - I'm talking about not calling me to tell me my appointment needed to be moved or canceled. He himself said the guy had gone home sick that morning - my appointment was in the afternoon. Not cool.
