Jack is very efficient and a couple times ago the gentleman with a very impressive beard worked hard to fix a bad reservation for me. They always try to get me in the best car.”

“Riley at the BIS airport location was hands down the best!!! After flight cancellations and having to fly into an airport 5hrs from home I made a reservation with a different company only to be called last minute and told there were actually no cars. I called another company and was told the same so now I’m stressed thinking I’m going to be stranded away from home late at night. I called Avis and Riley was the angel who answered and helped me out through my tears. She was so understanding of my situation and stress and was even polite and kind with my mom who was calling on my behalf while I was flying (since the rest of my trip had gone to heck and back). Riley was polite, kind, funny, as knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help and provided the best customer service I’ve received in literally years. The car itself is great, clean, and the pick up process was super smooth with Riley. Avis- give that girl a raise or a bonus or something because she deserves some kind of recognition for how she’s helped me!”

“The lady at the front desk was super nice and incredibly friendly; she made the whole process quick and easy. Pickup was smooth: all I had to do was confirm my ID, credit card, and sign a few papers.
There was a $343 hold placed on my card, which they explained is standard for this location since it’s not a corporate Hertz and they can set their own hold threshold. Totally understandable once you know that.
Honestly, I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was great from start to finish: fast, professional, and pleasant service. I’d definitely rent from this location again.”
“Corey is such a pleasure to do business with. He is always kind, polite and does not shove sales down your throat. When it came time for payments, as long as you communicated with him, he always understood, was reasonable, and never hounded you. He was very easy to talk to and communicate with in terms of any issues, or for any of my needs. He was such a gentle spirit. As long as I deal with CORY, I will continue to do business with RAC whenever I need something but cant pay for it in full. Corey you rock!!!”
