Do not ever buy from this company. They sold me a defective cue stick and refuse to replace it or refund me. My kids used the cue stick to play pool once. Then we hung it on a cue stick rack and in the morning we found it in two pieces. Clearly this cue stick was damaged when we received it and Caves does not stand behind the products they sell or the poor packaging job they do when shipping an item. A cue stick should not break while everyone is sleeping.

I called at the end of the day on a Monday. The next day they came by to look and talk things over. The following day they were busy and still managed to come and do the whole install. Extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable people to work with. Very clean install. Highly recommended!

I called caves to have my pool table leveled and refelted and the guy said 699 (100 dollars more than any place in town). I stop in there 2 days later and then they say it will be 1100 dollars for the same service. Needless to say I went to another business.

Professional staff. Knowledgeable in their field. Looks to be a "one stop shop" for all your home theater and game room needs. Will be going there for all my future A/V needs.

Caves has the worst products and the service is terrible. We paid for a security system that has never worked, and when we tried to cancel they couldnt even get that right and continue to charge me for the service i dobt want. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

If i could give zero stars i would. Poor service and terrible products that never work. Blame us and our router (router is new AND close to their product) when i asked to end services they said no problem, but continued to charge me. Worst service i have EVER had. Dont waste your money on this place for security. They are terrible.

We bought a house with the Cave’s security system already installed in our home. I called shortly after we moved in and had it hooked up. We’ve had it 9 months, I think they’ve been here at least 6 times. First the patio sensor was falling off, then the doorbell camera quit working, then the Heos system quit, along with the doorbell camera and the patio sensor. They fixed all of that, it worked for about 2 months. I have reset my doorbell camera several times, it now hasn’t worked since the middle of November. I’ve called twice, my husband called once and I’ve sent several messages. They are to busy for us. We pay extra to have a doorbell camera, that doesn’t work. I’m changing companies, maybe to one that has a bit of customer service.

Incomplete and dissatisfying home theater and automation service. Elan is a pile of trash (it looks and acts like it was designed in 2010). Our home theater doesn't support 4K or HDR and is needlessly confusing and complex in the name of "simplicity". On top of that, they didn't calibrate any of our TV's, they were all left on the standard, out of the box settings, forcing me to calibrate them all on my own. Sorry, but I don't wanna sit in my home theater while my eyes are assaulted by Best Buy TV syndrome. I will give it to them that they did hook everything up in a way that at least works, it just works in the worst way possible. The worst part is that my technologically inept parents had no idea they'd been duped. They bought this massive 4K UltraHD HDR TV, a 4K UltraHD HDR Blu-Ray player, and an Apple TV 4K, all for their home theater that they now can't even use to its fullest potential, because of the limitations of the media server that controls it that Caves installed. The home theater service isn't even good for anything. They install this huge media server that everything is connected to for the sole purpose of giving you this singular remote that controls the whole thing for the sake of simplicity. But the remote barely works and you'll soon be reaching for the remotes that the devices came with so that you can use them more intuitively, and use them how their meant to be used (like calibrating the TV, for instance). So, you buy all of this state of the art entertainment equipment for your home theater only for Caves to come in and install this very limited media server that prevents you from using all of the features that you paid thousands of dollars for. All so that they can give you this d*** remote that barely works. If you want all of your wires to stay out of sight, you're better off just drilling a hole in your wall and hooking everything up to your TV directly, and putting your boxes in a shelf somewhere out of the way. This stupid remote is not worth the sacrifice in quality you'd be getting with a media server. Elan, Caves' home automation app of choice, is a complete mess. It's dated looking, janky, hard to use, and it severely lacks in general compatibility. It doesn't play well with other apps and services. For example, we use it to control our speakers which are installed throughout the house. When we want to change the volume of the music, we can't use the volume buttons on the phone, we can't use the volume control in the app you're listening to music with, no you have to use the volume control in Elan only. This means every time you want to change the volume you have to: open the app (which looks so dated it should be a crime, remember), wait for it to connect and load, hope it actually connects and loads properly, open the zone you're listening to, and finally change the volume using the janky volume buttons. Overall, while everything AT LEAST works, which prevents me from giving it one star. That's the only positive thing I can say about it. The service overall is pretty awful because of the end result, and I would sooner recommend setting it all up yourself, before recommending Caves.
