Had a horrible experience setting up my new phone with the nerdy kid with glasses. He didn’t know much and was very short and snappy with me. When I asked why there’s an in store payment fee when my auto pay already failed to go through without reason, he screamed “I’m just doing my job” and then proceeded to kick me out of the store while yelling I don’t know what at me and telling me not to come back. Well this is the only store in town. This guy needs a couple weeks in the ward before he gets back to work I figure.

Was going to come in and look at switching carriers after I got a bite to eat across the parking lot and was told to move out of a completely empty parking lot. I did not even go in after that.

Need to have more of a selection of phones that is the only reason it's a 3 star. Thinking about switching retailers to some one that has more of a selection.

I got a new phone from this store, and I initially had some difficulty accessing the phones contents after connecting it to a computer with a USB cable. The staff were very kind and helpful and I have had no issues with the phone since. Thanks again.

Purchased a new phone via Cricket's website. I'm no good at setting up a new phone. So I decided to go to the store for help. I would have wound up there anyway for a case and screen protector, but I got the help I was needing. The fellas there were extremely helpful in setting up my new phone!

Manager Holly acted annoyed when I asked questions, was very rude, the other employee was nice. They didn't seem to know much about cell phones or the services.
