I was on a very special mission to get certain water bottles in specific colors. I went back for an exchange and return and the gal that helped me was so patient and kind. The team at Dick’s Bismarck are awesome!! I wanted to place an order over the phone for an item and they took the time to make sure it was in stock, hold it, and triple bag it so my family wouldn’t know it was one of their Christmas gifts upon pickup.
