“The staff is Great every week my friend and I pick up a case of a product only they have in town. I always call to let them know we are coming, I always feel bad asking them to go in back and get my case of goodness, they’re always busy and seems to be short staffed just like everybody is but they always do it with a smile no complaints. I’ve never had any attitude about them having to go get it. They do tell me as soon as they get a minute, which is totally fine cause I understand the situation about being busy and helping customers and I’m OK with that, I wish I knew the guys that help me so he could get a shout out here for the stuff that he does cause usually in the evening when I go to get it for us, but I’ve never had a bad experience there! I’m not mistaken. I think the man’s name might be Martin but I’m not positive but I know he’s been there for quite a while but anyways if it is Martin we appreciate you putting up with us.”
“This dollar tree was in Bismarck, North Dakota. It’s pretty much your typical dollar tree store. They have lots of inventory. I will know that the staff member who checked me out was very courteous generally speaking dollar tree staff is courteous. I was only disappointed in this store because it’s different than our store in Devils Lake, North Dakota. However, being a sociologist I know that even small distances make a cultural difference in people’s needs.”
