Edir to my review they are claiming 6000 dollars in repairs are need to make my truck safe and retail worthy. There is not check engine lights on the truck runs and drives perfectly i just drove it to Minneapolis and back 2 weeks ago.
First review I went in to buy a truck from them and trade my truck in and they offer me 8000 under kbb fair trade-in they offered me 19500

Bought a second hand vehicle, drove like 30 miles and lost oil pressure, stranded next to the road,they send a tow truck and a loan vehicle to assist me, got me a new vehicle, few weeks later I see this pickup was fixed and being sold again but they told me engine is shot??? So 2 nd pickup they put me in I paid for 6 months and then paid it off, wanted something new again but they can’t get me in on anything, service at this place is just poor, not satisfied these people don’t worry about you so not doing business with them ever again! If you want service go to Puklich Chev in bismarck best service and they make things happen!

Ridiculous and extremely slimy experience. I live a good ways away, and was in frequent contact with the dealership for over a week, trying to get details on a pickup truck. They finally got me videos and info like a week into talking.
I decided I wanted to buy. I put their standard $500 down so they would “hold” the pickup for me (just as they advertise as a service on their website). They took my money over the phone, and then called me back 15 minutes later, stating “in-store customers get priority, we’re selling the pickup”. What in the world is even the point of a “hold“?! I put money down on the pickup first, and they sold it anyways. If I put money down on something first, I AM THE PRIORITY. I don’t care who’s in the store. I don’t care if they literally just said “I want to buy it”. I AM THE ONE WITH MONEY PUT DOWN ON THE PICKUP, on the understanding from both the website and the salesperson ON THE PHONE that it would be “HELD”.
They’re also taking their sweet time refunding me. And then on top of that, on the phone call to tell me I was getting shafted, they tried to upsell me to two different pickups for $5k+ more, and sent me the links even though I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO on the phone.
Doesn’t matter if I’m giving them money over the phone to hold a pickup, or telling them not to send me a solicitation link to a pickup I’m not interested in. What I say/do means nothing.
To anyone considering doing business with these pieces of crap, listen closely: If honesty and reliability are important to you, do not trust these people. Honesty is not a priority for them, and they’ll always chase the quickest buck. There are multiple other reviews besides mine, with examples of them doing the exact same thing to other people (see the “Bob Yoder” review, ~3 months prior to this one). If you are driving from several hours away, don’t think for one moment that a “hold deposit” will ensure the vehicle is still there when you arrive. They’ll likely have sold it out from under you in the meantime to anyone who walks in the dealership. And btw, if you’re even a minute over the 24hr period in arriving to the dealership, they reserve the right to keep your deposit money AND sell the vehicle out from under you. Fork-tongued, cold-blooded, slimy scam artists.
Eide Ford, y’all are literal trash, and if there’s anything I can personally do in the future, to hurt your business and protect others from your scams, (including telling this story to any and all potential fleet/commercial contract customers I may or may not know), trust me, I will be doing it.
And to be clear, I have the text convo transcripts, emails, and banking records to back up every one of my claims.
There’s more honesty, honor, and good will to be found in the most hostile divorce hearing, than in anyone working at this dealership. I wouldn’t even buy a soda from the vending machines in this damned place.

Very clear and kind customer service, plus the dealership's processes were extremely efficient. I purchased a used vehicle and am very happy with the the selling process -- I never felt like I was being swindled or pressured into something. All the staff I talked too were very attentive and VERY organized which made the process feel low-stress!

I was shopping online for a decent used pickup for about a month and found on Eide’s website. I from the first contact with the salesman to the final handshake was quick and everyone was polite and professional. I’m glad I decided to take the trip to Bismarck from Minot. I will be going back for the next pickup I buy.

My son is in town for work and as luck would have it his car had a mechanical issue. You greeted him, set him up with a rental and are looking to get to his vehicle quick. As a father I thank you for your professionalism, as a Service Advisor for a large dealer thank you for what your doing.

We were very happy with the service and mannerism of Nathan Inkman, he was a newer salesperson and was very honest, upfront, and willing to do anything to make sure our questions were answered about a vehicle we were interested, even though we did not buy the vehicle from them, he still showed us respect, kindness, and understanding even when we walked from the deal. Highly recommend asking for Nathan as he is an example of what this dealerships true values are.

Thomas went above and beyond for my sales experience. I typically hate purchasing vehicles but this overall was an enjoyable experience and Josh gave me a fair number on my trade. Would definitely recommend giving them a chance for your next new or used vehicle purchase.

Sale was smooth. Had to return a few days later since towing package not installed. Working on military rebate for 3 months with no resolution. Service and communication post-sale has been difficult.
