I had an amazing experience with Eide Ford Lincoln. I didn’t go in expecting to get a vehicle, but with the hard work of my amazing sales agent Scott (Shout to Scott he’s the GOAT!!) and the people in finance (Jordan and Jyra) I drove off in a car that I’m completely obsessed with. I can’t say thank you enough and I would urge anyone to please go and give these wonderful people a visit, they are very dedicated, helpful, and have a great sense of humor.

Second time buying a new vehicle from this car dealership and had a great experience again. Everyone worked hard to help me get a deal I felt comfortable with. I wasn't sure if my deal was going to fall through but Ben and financing team did a great job making it happen.

Robert was amazing! He communicated with us on what was available since we were coming in from out of town. He went the extra mile. The financing team was excellent as well. It was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely buy Eide again.

I felt the customer service wasn’t very good. I spent over 50k on a pickup and it had weather tech floor mats in the backseat, but not the front I asked if they would include the front as it didn’t have anything in the front and they wouldn’t even do that. Unlike other dealerships that literally installed a B&W hitch for me with no charge. Also they say it goes through a full “service and inspection” before it hits the lot and it was low on coolant so I’m questioning how “detailed” they looked at it like they told me they did. I wasn’t very happy. The finical department was very rude as I didn’t want to finance through them. The pickup speaks for itself I love it. I just wish I would’ve had a better experience with the company itself. Gave them a chance and i thought it was pretty piss poor myself.

We made an appointment for a recall on our vehicle a month in advance for an early morning appointment. Should have been a 3 hour job. No by said finish time so called only to find out vehicle was still not done or even started! We are from out of town so needless to say would have been one whole day without vehicle. Cancelled appointment and will be taking to a more reputable Ford dealer that pays attention to time management!

Good morning,My husband and I finalized our purchase of a Ford Edge at Eide Ford in Bismarck ND, on Nov. 6th.Our salesperson was Scott. My assessment of Scott is the following. Scott was first of all knowledgeable. That was very helpful since it has been a while since we have purchased a new vehicle. Scott was also courteous and respectful of our time and schedule. He asked us what we were looking for and he helped us find that vehicle. I was looking for a car with more safety features and better driving visibility than I had with my Impala. I have only driven the vehicle for a day, but so far so good. It's day and night regarding the driving visibility in the Edge vs my Impala. It's also a very comfortable car to drive. It's a beautiful car.I am still learning all the electronic features of the vehicle, but I have a really good start on the operation of the control panel because Scott went over that with us as well as helping us set up the Ford app in our phones. I felt comfortable leaving the lot with the Edge. I understand how to operate the vehicle. ?Thank you Scott. Thank you very much for your help.The entire staff was helpful and courteous. Thank you also to Peter and Ryan, who helped us with our financing.I am giving everyone a 9.5 rating.I can't give a perfect 10 rating because that only happens in Heaven. Blessings.Ann & Les

I honestly don’t feel like we just purchased a vehicle.Beyond great communication either by text or phone call. Wish I could give two different stars for two different categories.For service when completed I give them five since they always do a good job on that part. What I need fixed is always fixed appropriately. They are rock stars in that department. If I take vehicle in for things with tires they always make sure tire sensors work for correct tires too which a lot of places do not!For communication I would give a 1-2. I called them early one Saturday and left a voicemail on their service department line. I did not get a call back and left another message late Saturday afternoon. Nobody returned my call all day. Then I called Monday and still couldn't get through at first. Finally was able to talk to someone in service. I asked if they got my messages on Saturday. The way the guy explained it was almost like they just don't even answer their voicemail on Saturday like it's normal practice. Eventually I scheduled an appointment. They never called me back on the day it was supposed to be worked on which I think should be common courtesy at least by end of day. Even if it's just to let customer know it might take longer than a day. I called the next day early in the day and left a message with service department. Nobody called me back. Eventually I found that at least when you do the operator option in the phone menu they must have some magic thing they do to let service know to actually pick up. At least I know now to not choose the service department and talk to the operator instead.....but why have the option to try to connect to service if nobody picks up or at least returns call by end of business day.Again very happy with service completed but communication needs some major help. Also, you can tell 90% of reviews that are replied to on here aren't genuine direct communication to customer but are just copy/paste cookie cutter responses that make them seem not genuinely interested in really being personable.

Great experience purchasing from Eide Ford. Did the entire transaction remotely and just flew in to pickup my new Bronco. They even shuttled me from the airport. Super easy and no hidden surprises. Plus I got a great deal!

Great customer service! Alex was fantastic to answer all my questions and respond immediately, to offer me advice and suggestions, and he made the whole buying process totally enjoyable. The whole crew there was great. They delivered my new car right to my door and I couldn’t be happier with it. Absolutely awesome experience all the way around! Eide Ford for the win!!
