Our department has always been treated very well here. I've personallly known them for eight years and I've never seen someone who looks like a “high school kid†working there. Everyone has always been very professional and friendly.

After 3 squad cars starting on fire and 2 burning to the ground that they installed, we'll never go back. Additionally their prices are insane. They charged us double what our current vendor does on parts and labor. When I would go into their shop it was a complete mess and a bunch of high school kids working on squad cars. No wonder nothing ever worked. Unprofessional would be an understatement.
