Person who answered clearly could not understand what i was asking here and then tried to give me trouble about speaking to someone else because I am partially deaf and could not understand her would not even attempt again as a last resort.

Review is more for best buy in general, horrible technological knowledge. Many issues with delivery service, calling customer service is a complete joke.

Took a Tv in because they use to have a repair desk that is GONE ...wanted to hook me up with the geek squad....then found out I was not under warranty.....then tried to sell me a new TV. Last time I'm going into that store
