Went in yesterday after work to get a haircut. My stylist name was Anna. I went from feeling so so to feeling awesome about myself and my extremely curly hair. Told me to post up my hair on Pinterest to inspire others who’ve got curly hair! Very welcoming team and super reasonable prices as well.

The hair stylist did a horrible job! Did not listen to what I wanted and I even brought several pictures! She was about 40 years old with short brown hair. Cut my hair too short and did not honor any of my wishes. She'll never touch my hair again!

Requested style: It’s the rudeness and I try to check in online not very helpful when it says walk ins only and you cannot walk in they are rude to tell u to keep trying when my son drives sometimes to get a quick haircut he’s from SD I will no longer use this Great Clips would be nice but too many issues with them the South Great Clips is a drive for me but customer service there is excellent and always smiling and helpful

Well, considering we made an appointment, and was told two hour and had to wait an extra 35 minutes. Maybe you should start with letting the customer know the time was an estimate. Like, I estimate I will not give another dime to great clips again. See how that works?

This place gives ok hair cuts. I have long hair and have only had my hair trimmed. For trims this place did fine. My daughter has short hair and they have completely messed up her cuts and taken them way too short even after being told to leave the top 4-5 inches.
