H&R Block, those good reviews appear to be wrong. Did you pay people to give you reviews. Just had to fight to get my money back due to non filing of a paid service. FTC has already fined them. People beware.

Incredibly unprofessional and incapable staff. Made me go to 3 different offices to then end up telling me I had to do it online because they DO NOT DEAL WITH NON US CITIZENS. Racist old ladies and lazy personnel that would not stand a chance in another state . HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Made my appointment online for a phone call and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE TAX PROFESSIONAL who later on managed to file incorrectly my 1040 form and charged me a FORTUNE FOR IT .

I went to Conway trotter to file my 2022 taxes and the day I filed was fair then once I called Conway to answer some questions I was having and he responded to come in and he would show me and then when Idid go into the office and Conway was trying to explain to me what he did to my taxes and I didn't understand right away, Conway started to get upset and throw pens around and swear at me and I said to him you don'tneed to swear at me and get upset and I didn't do nothing wrong to you to be treated this way and your doing my taxes that I pay you to do.
