I am extremely grateful to this service department. I live out of state and had just had a misfire “repaired” at a dealership in Alabama. It was not fixed properly, and thank God I made it to ND before my dad passed.
The tech at this dealership went over my car w a fine toothed comb and repaired the fuel injector/cylinder issue and apparently damage done by a previous technician.
My car is running better than the day I drove it off the lot (bought used). I am very grateful to this dealership and specifically to the tech who took the time and energy to fix it correctly. God bless you.

Told the dealership that I was having these issues, and they blew me off. The front camera sensor is malfunctioning and instead of agreeing to replace the necessary parts, whether it be wiring or the sensor, they laughed in my face and blew me off. I do NOT recommend getting a Hyundai. It is the worst mistake I have every made. The Service Manager keeps dodging calls and ignoring me too. I have had too many issues with this car too. The blower vent door broke. The sensors quit working. The wheels have issues with alignment and give the feeling of a flat tire or that the wheel is about to fall off. Do NOT go here. You will regret it. 10/10 would tell family, friends, and coworkers to go anywhere else but here. To buy anything else but a Hyundai. I should have just got a Chevy. (If negative stars were an option, I would've put it.)

We stopped at the dealership in February of this year, and met Chelcie Williams. She was so helpful to us and very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we were looking at. When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I called Chelcie and she was just as helpful and knowledgeable with the actual vehicle we chose. We totally enjoyed the experience. Also helpful were the service managers and the person discussing finances with us (Ben). I would recommend them any time. This is the best auto dealership I have ever worked with!

Stopped here to charge our car and the charger worked great. We had to use the restroom inside and everyone was so very friendly and helpful to my family! If I was in the marker for a new Hyundai I would absolutely give Hyundai of Mandan my business!

Madison in the sales department was amazing at getting me a quick amazing video of the car I was interested in. While she was doing that Ben in finance was already working on my trade value. Everything was set up and ready to go in less than 24 hours. Getting to Mandan they were amazing to work with in person and I signed papers and was out of there in no time and on my road trip! Madison and Ben were outstanding to work with and even checked in after the purchase to ensure everything was good!! Thank you for making the process smooth and easy when deciding to go from a tahoe to a palisade!!

While on vacation in North Dakota, visiting from southern Minnesota, my car died, leaving myself and traveling companions stranded. While waiting for a tow truck in the far western part of North Dakota,I contacted Hyundai of Mandan and reached Madison Kostelecky. She was immediately helpful. She found three cars on the lot that fit my needs and sent a video of all three. After some drama getting back to Bismarck car-less, Madison arranged for a service ride to the dealership, rearranged her personal day off to meet me and show me the car options. It was a pleasant experience and I am happy with my new car. Thank you Madison!

I've been searching for a used vehicle online/private parties for months, fed up I sent an "interest" email regarding a car I saw online through Bismarck Motor. Almost immediately Chelcie responded to me, the car was sold but what was I looking for? She took my information and every few days would email me photos of vehicles I might be interested in - a few days later, my ideal vehicle showed up! Online and over the phone Chelcie was very attentive and great to work with, overall a great experience! All the time I wasted trying to do it myself, the inspection they performed was great and they even fixed things without tacking on extra costs. Can't say enough good things about the dealership and Chelcie - you rock girl!
