Helpful, but the guy who helped me had a completely condescending attitude. Unreasonably scolded another customer while I was there, too. I hate to rate this place so low, but this guy was a complete douche. Seems like a good place other than him.

They don't have prices on a large number of items. This makes it impossible to shop in their store. I don't have the time to wait in line and then have the busy staff member look up literally 50 things that I was interested in. They don't have time either.. I own a dozen vehicles, tools and devices that need batteries. They lost my business and they lose other's business every day due to thies. Price your items please. This is so basic to operating a store. I'd give 5 stars if you would respect your customers enough to let them see the price of the items without making them ask for each one.

They quoted me a price for a battery, so I brought it in.They decided my battery was worth less in the store.They told me 8$ and only gave me 2$ even though I explained exactly what battery it was, felt like they were ripping me off. When I asked about it there was like 6 employees just standing around and they all ignored me so I left.

If you need batteries, this is the one-stop shop! Needed some small batteries for a toddler toy, and no one else in Bismarck had them except these guys!
