Just checked out in Bismarck counter and found the checkout person rude, unfriendly and felt like we were bothering her. She came from the cosmetics department.

Have not ever shopped for fragrance, in job could not wear, looked at Ulta, Bath & ,Sephora, Stacie here was by far the most helpful and understanding. She was great!

Went in to buy two sets of earrings that said was in stock online. Probably 30-45 minutes associate spent trying to find them until I called a manager over to help match up the SKU and find them. Then the associate was very aggressive with trying to get me to get a JCPenney card, and very persistent that I put a protection plan on them even though I told her multiple times I did not want to. All together it took about an hour to purchase two sets of earrings, which are great quality and price.

JcPenny get rid of the kiddy shirts in the big and tall section. Who in the hell would where a Garfield shirt that wears a 44 to 54 pant size? Just get some name brand clothes!

I encountered 2 "employees" named Tiffany and Ashley. Most unprofessional retail workers I’ve ever seen. Completely ignored me for the hour I was in the store while they talked to each other and picked on their other coworkers.
I guess they’d rather talk to each other than make money for the business. Should be fired. I will not be coming back here.
