We had a house fire this year, I took all of my real jewelry to Schumacher’s to get cleaned and settings checked.
Between rings and earrings and necklaces there were 20 + things.
You couldn’t tell what some of the gems were or if they were silver or gold. They were saturated with soot.
I took in a pin that was my grandmothers, it wasn’t real, but I didn’t want to clean it because it was almost broken, but has significant sentimental value.
They cleaned it and fixed it for me! ❤

“Kokkeler's is one of the BEST jewelry stores around. They always go the extra mile for their customers. My original wedding rings came from Kokkeler's 44 years ago and when I chose to upgrade my diamond I went back . I decide years later to get an exact set of my wedding rings and they were able to do a reorder them exactly the same and they came in perfect and treated me like an old friend not just a customer but by name. I have purchased later a beautiful diamond ring and walked in and described to Carol what I wanted. She immediately showed me the exact ring I described and helped me put my wedding ring diamond in the setting and I upgraded my wedding diamond . Carol knew exactly what I wanted and did it in such a personal way making me feel like a special customer. I can't say enough good things about the staffs friendliness and help you in a way of feeling so comfortable. There will never be another jewelry store for me. I would rate them the friendliest and knowledgeable staff there ever was. No comparison absolutely the BEST!!!”

Happened across the store while eating lunch and walking back to my hotel. talked to Larry, one of the owners. found a gemstone I liked and asked him if they could rush it into a setting and necklace. he immediately got to work and two days later, right before I left, he had it done and even opened the store an hour early to get it to me. great quality, great customer service. would highly recommend!”
