The manger in the Bismarck ND store was very helpful and I look at some DVS shoes and got them. Do to size and not having size i ask for she brought out multiple different options for me to try. I was off on my size and she had the right size in the ones that I want. She did a very good job

As I walked inside the employee sat behind the register, never looking up from his phone. I was inside for about 10 mins & at no point was I acknowledged. When I realized I wouldn’t be helped, I walked over, greeted him & asked if he had a particular ugg in stock. Before I could finish the question he said “Nope”. I must’ve been interrupting his busy schedule.Customer service at this location was nonexistent.

I mean…. It’s a journeys…. The customer service was terrible. The employee was rude and not helpful once so ever.

We bought 2 pair of shoes today.Zach was fantastic!! My grandson is 9 years old it is very hard to find shoes that fit him properly. Zach brought out a bunch of shoes tell he found the ones that fit him correctly. He is fantastic at his job and customer service. We will be buying all his shoes here from this point on and I will be telling everyone about the great service we received today.

We just purchased two pairs of shoes tonight and Cody was amazing! He helped us as soon as we got in the store and helped my kids find the shoes that they've been wanting since summer. Thanks for helping us get in and out quick and we will for sure be back to shop again!
