Not sure of the guys name but he had blonde hair. However, he was completely rude and the encounter was not pleasurable. I tried to stay professional and it just seemed like he was in too big of a hurry to close the store to actually try to assist me. It seemed as if I was a burden and bother. My company does a lot of business with Office Depot and I’ve never been treated like my business wasn’t wanted until today. He wasn’t trying to offer any type of solutions but only kept telling me that the store was closing. I understand wanting to get out and go home but I made it in time before the store closed.

the store manager is super rude, does not even know that they have promo of $15 off gift card, accuse me of scamming while all I did was bought the promo that they offer. yes I got 5% cash back when I did purchase in office depot, if they don't want my business I am gladly bring my business somewhere else. looking at this store I doubt they will survive another year

I ordered Christmas cards and the quality is not what you would expect or pay for. I could have easily done better myself at home. I thought to myself I should support these brick and mortar stores before they are all gone, maybe there is a reason they are being phased out.

i bought 2 computers and the curbside associate didnt even thank me. Just scolded me for being there 10 minutes early. They are not allowed to step out of the store before 11am but he proceeded to stay outside vaping and texting. RUDE!!!! Not going back to that circus ever! Order online they will deliver to your home!

Just awful customer service. Was told by a woman at the desk that they can't take anymore orders today....she was rude no empathy and just plain nasty. Will never step foot in this store again.

The store in general has friendly staff and many items but the Fedex drop off lost my package. I dropped off a prepaid return item for Fedex shipment and Fedex never received my item. The staff remembered me dropping the package off to their store but had no explanation of what happened to the package. The store staff took my name and phone number in the event they found the package they would call me. The package was never found therefore I would never recommend this store for Fedex services.

Customer Service is Great! They assist with finding products to suit our needs! Sometimes, I’m not sure what to purchase but have an idea and the employees help bring my idea to life!!!

When I need an office supply, I go to the Bismarck Office Depot. Kathy, who is often at the front of the store is an incredible help each time I need help and it's wonderful that she recognizes who I am when I walk in the door.

ive out of town and several weeks later when I went to use them realized I had the wrong color. 1st attempt to exchange was told no receipt/ or I bought two boxes of ballpoint pins but by mistake picked up blue rather then black. I lover 30 days no return. So I left but thinking about good customer service went back couple weeks later and asked for a manager. He agreed to exchange for black. I was pleased & also purchased an office chair floor mat @ 94.99. I even told the manager that I would continue to make OF my primary office supplier. Also told him we were in the market for 2 new office chairs & I would be back. When I got home & looked at my return ticket I was given credit of 6.00 for the return pins but charged 19.99 for the new ones. That is a 70% restocking charge. I returned a 3rd. time to question the high of a restock charge and was told that was OD policy. I did tell the employee that I could understand a restock chrg. normal is 10 to 15%. But 60%? OD spends millions to get new customers but ruins a good customer relationship for for $13. I had 2 items I wanted to get that day, but I just left. I will not say that I will never be back but OD will not be my 1st go to place. 2 to 3 dollars restock charge would have been fine. $13 just to much.PC
