However, there have been issues with poor communication, including buses not showing up and unanswered phones, leaving children waiting. A customer noted excellent service when the company was swamped. The service is recommended for employment or charters, but needs to improve reliability for parents.

    Good rates on charters and trips. The drivers are safe, friendly, personable and on time. Management is friendly and accommodating. I would choose Harlow's for bus service
