“Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Pharmacist Kevin is very intelligent and an overall great guy. Kevin helped our family through the process of obtaining Type 1 Diabetes supplies for the cheapest price possible through grants, coupons, etc. He was also knowledgeable with our insurance and knew the ins and outs of coverage. This is a brand new experience for my family as our son was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and Mayo Pharmacy helped us feel at ease.”

“Extremely friendly and amazing customer service. A larger corporate pharmacy was unable to fill my daughter’s prescription. One call to Churchill and they quickly had the prescription transferred and five minutes later, filled. Our previous pharmacy wouldn’t fill items until we got there and usually then it was a 30-45 minute wait afterwards. Will be giving Churchill all of our business going forward. Thank you!”

“I've been driving past this place for years and had no idea they sold high quality supplements. I'd been buying Standard Process AF Betafood online and by luck found the Dakota Pharmacy sells their products. The biggest surprise was that they sold the same bottle for $10.50 less than Amazon. Nice to shop locally and save money. I'll be sure to check here first before going online. I assumed this was just a Pharmacy that filled prescriptions but they offer more.”

“This Pharmacy goes the extra mile! When I call with questions, they always have the answer or are more than willing to get the answer. I live out of town but when seeing a Doctor in Bismarck, this Pharmacy is definitely my go to.”

“Very quick & willing to work with me on ensuring my medications are always ready to be filled (even if it means shipping over from another location). Highly recommend!”

“I go to the Medicine Shoppe about once a month to pick up prescriptions. They may not be a big chain with a drive through, and going to this location means you won't be able to get your grocery shopping done while you wait for your prescription, but they are by far the best pharmacy I've ever visited. The employees are all awesome. They get to know the regulars on a first name basis, and they are not afraid to go above and beyond in order to provide excellent customer service. And they've always got smiles on their faces! Even when their lobby has been full of people, there's never more than a 10 minute wait to get something filled. These guys are amazing.”

“There are some prices at Sam's that you just can't beat. Their fruits and vegetables are awesome. There is a good bread selection. The Members Mark brand is pretty good. There are a lot of convenience meals as well. The meat is great!”

“Outstanding service. They know me by name and are always so friendly and compassionate. When I needed a certain medication it was not available at other pharmacies but it was stocked at this pharmacy, that's how I became a customer and I've never been disappointed.”

“I'll start with my only complaint, they should fix whatever needs to be fixed with the restrooms, as some days you're nearly knocked out by the scent of sewage as you enter the store. That pesky detail aside, we are quite happy with our plus membership, even with the 2hr drive. I know, I know, that seems illogical. Hear me out. We get free shipping to ourselves, friends & family when shopping online. The squirrels need nuts, bam, here in 2 days and I don't have to leave the house. That's faster than a "prime order" &, honestly, faster than me going to a local store. I'd put it off as long as possible. Soup for the grandparents, done. Kids low on snacks, check. Fireplace- that took a little longer than 2 days... but, still. For the online options alone it's worth the membership for us.Every few months we also make a trip to shop the store, or when already in town we swing in. 5lbs of goat cheese for the price of 6oz locally? Yes, please! We stock up on freezer items during our periodic visits & on specidic produce whenever we're in town. The scan & go option is FANTASTIC- no checkout lanes to deal with. We simply scan the items as we add them to the bags/boxes in the cart. Swipe to pay & show our QR code on exit.We haven't had a lot of waste, or issues with expiration dates close- in & we've never had to use customer service. So far, so good, many years running.”

“Accurate and prompt service, extended weekday hours, open Saturdays. Mark Biel, pharmacist, has been with Thrifty White for decades and pays close attention to the needs of his customers. Everyone I've dealt with at this pharmacy has been caring and meticulous.”

“I came from a small town and this has a small town feel. The Pharmacists and assistants make you feel like you are a person and not a number. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.”

“Wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacists are very nice, professional and very helpful whether it's general questions about medications, insurance or otherwise but I have had nothing but top quality service from friendly faces at this pharmacy (as well as the Rosser location)”

“Excellent service I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pharmacist who actually knows what they are doing. I enjoy how it’s in the hospital and it’s very convenient for those of us who cannot drive somewhere to get medicine.”

“Sushi at Sam's? yes, I feel strange writing this but we got sushi here as my brother says it is the best in town. Honestly, they did very well for a take home sushi and I would recommend it if you are in town. As all is cold, if you are in to hot cooked rolls, may want to go to diff place. Sorry, no pics on this one.”

“Fast and courteous service. Really like the drive thru option for rx pick up because nobody wants to go into the store when they are sick. Text service when rx is ready for pickup is so helpful.”

“I have been a Thrifty White customer for 15 years and have no complaints. My prescriptions are ready when they say the will be ready. The new drive up makes it very easy to get my meds and head home.”

“NECESSARY UPDATE:I didn’t understand at the time the reason for Renee’s reaction to me and her line of questioning until I spoke with my health insurance company. I understand now as finding out only of recently, and now myself being the victim of health insurance abuse and medical fraud that she was only doing her job. It is CRUCIAL for any and all medical providers to not put someone else’s prescriptions with yours as it breaches their privacy rights and HIPPA. I’m grateful to have not seen the name on the prescription and feel awful for this person regardless. Thank you Renee for protecting the privacy rights of your customers and please accept this updated review as my most humble apology.I am changing my 1 star to 5 for this reason.Respectfully-The people working in this pharmacy are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not be back again. The assistant supervisor working tonight 2/3/2021 doesn’t even know what employees he has working in the store.... if you want to wait on your prescriptions and NOT BE JUDGED- I recommend taking your business to another pharmacy that will appreciate you and your business. Especially Renee in the pharmacy area. Judgmental and extremely unprofessional. Hates her job and should find a new one where she’s not interacting with the public especially in health.”

“The rewards program for filling scripts is awesome. The beauty club perks are great. Stuff is a little more expensive than at Walmart or Target, but I don't like driving all over town to get what I need so what I save in gas is what I spend all in 1 place, which is nice. Its a very clean place. I still wear a mask cuz you just never know.”
