Took my truck to get oil change. Cost 145.00- I left for south dakota the next day. Drove to Spearfish South Dakota. 15 miles before arriving my low oil light cane on. i pulled over- checked oil stick- no oil. Drove to dealer- they check and find out oil plug hanging by a thread. puklich did not tighten oil plug- I could have damaged engine if I would have drove further. Had to pay another 145.00 for new service.the rest of our trip the truck smells like burnt metal. Had to to go back to dealer twice- we should have been hiking- instead we spent a lot of our vacation at the dealer in South Dakota

Didn’t get the vehicle I was hoping for but ended up getting one I loved much more! Purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu from Phil and it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had, especially being a first time car buyer! He made sure I was comfortable with the entire process and never pushed for anything. He throughly explained everything about the car and the steps it took to purchase. HIGHLY recommend visiting with him next time you’re looking for a vehicle!

Overall experience was okay. But I won’t be buying another car here again. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Darell was great tho, it’s when you have a bad experience with the rest of the others, it ruins the great experience w him.

I wouldn't have choose anyone else to work with other than Phil and Jacob, i cant say enough on how awesome they were to help me find the perfect car. I wasn't sure what I wanted but they had so much guidance and patience with me and all the random questions I had for buying a new vehicle by myself. They were very easy to ask questions too!! After the last experience I had, I was very worried about giving you all another chance but those two have the best customer service and were very helpful and knowledgeable on what the difference of the vehicles were because i had no clue i would have went for the first pretty one i saw. I cant thank those 2 enough for all the help to find my new car! I will definitely be back in the future buy another vehicle from Phil and Jacob!

I was quoted $55 for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got there, the service tech told me my tires didn't need to be rotated so they just did an oil change, for which I was charged $68. When i questioned them, i was told i had to ask the service manager, as $68 was the lowest price they could give me. I called the service manager who said he would look into it and call me back, and has yet to call back a week later. I emailed customer service who said the price was increased because they used the more expensive brand of oil, Mobile 1, which they use when requested. I replied that I definitely did NOT request that and was never asked about which brand I wanted. Again, I have yet to hear back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.
