I took my son there today for his haircut the lady was nice but after we left I noticed he was bleeding a bit behind his ear she had accidentally cut him I normally got to the hair garage but was in the mall so figured why not ya we will be going to the hair garage from now on

Had an easy haircut, the lady was nice, but did not know how to cut short hair, I told her I’d be spiking it up and when I do now it’s uneven, the bangs were diagonal and choppy and I wanted it like a point in the middle, my side burns were uneven lengths, and the clipper she used was dirty and gave the back of my next red spots. I only quickly glanced when it was done and thought she did a good job so I didn’t ask it to be fixed. Amber if you are reading this, stick to long hair, it took me only 10 extra minutes to fix my hair at home so it would be even.Thea was my favorite haircut gal, she knew what she was doing but no idea if she works there anymore, lost her card.Please keep clippers clean RegisService: Haircut

We made an appointment for my son, a children’s haircut in the AM, for an appointment at 4:30pm that same day. My husband showed up 5 min late with my son, and Regis told them they would have to wait, they didn’t think he would show up so they booked a new appointment that he would have to wait for. Seriously? 5 min?? She had that appointment booked in 5 minutes of my husband being late. They will never get our business again, and I’ll make sure everyone we know don’t go there either.

I recently went into this place which I used to regularly go to and I need to look for a new haircutting salon to go to this was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life first ever charge $43 with a four dollar sanitization fee making my haircut cost $47 was in there for eight minutes and the girl butchered my hair three separate times I told her to go shorter and shorter and shorter in the end I just had to leave do not go here they do not know how to cut hair. For $50 you would expect a decent haircut for a man I’m embarrassed of my hair now and then I was forced to try to keep a mask on my face with my hands the entire time in the establishment I’m American I want to live free and I don’t believe in the mask

My daughter had her hair cut there the cut is extremely uneven and they charge twice as much as anywhere else for a child's haircut. I the stylist just started cutting didn't listen to what we wanted and we had to wait until she was done eating. I was there one other time and that experience was horrible as well I went for a hair color and was far from. What I wanted.and the stylist was just as unprofessional

I went to Regis as a walk in for a haircut. There were 3 stylists with no clients & just sitting doing nothing. I asked if I could get a cut or did they have appointments. The one said that the appointments were late so get me in. Then they were trying to decide who would do the cut, well none wanted to, I guess they wanted to continue sitting. Their job is cutting & styling hair but didn't want to do it. So I just said if that's how they treat customers I really don't want any of them touching my hair!Time for a new job for you ladies & maybe try being a little more friendly! I'm a really good tipper so you missed out & I will never go back. Sad place.
