“May 15, 2025 I rented a U-Haul to move out of my unit. During my trip I was stuck in a very bad rain storm. Which unfortunately forced me to keep the rental one extra day. When I returned the rental Saturday the worker storm assisted me. Not only was he polite but he ensured me that he will take care of any additional charges behind the ones that I initially had. I could not have thanked him enough for the grace and compassion he showed during this time of distress. I truly wish they had more workers like storm.”

Cody was very easy to work with and responsive, even helping me arrange a time to stop by my unit to add additional items as needed. The cost of storage and having my container delivered cross state was very affordable. Great experience overall!”
