What service at the car wash!! We just got our car washed and the gentleman went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the bugs off of the front of our vehicle. I've never seen someone work so hard! Great work!

I just want to give a shout out to the car wash crew. My car was covered in ice and grime and the guy that did the pre-wash spray did a very detailed job getting rid of the ice. Also the touchless portion did a great finishing touch!

This location has been under new management almost a year,sorry to say it has declined greatly since Levi and Kevin are no long there. Employees follow management and is totally reflected little to no customer service and the maintenance and up keep is poor. Sad didisappointing

Cashiers have NO customer service what so ever. Tell a paying customer to step aside so an employee who is leaving their shift can be checked out first though she was never even in line. Guess I’ll take my business over the bridge to Red Carpet where they actually have customer service..

The staff is always pleasant and courteous. The fuel and car wash coupons are great. I wish they would bring back the personnel to hand dry the vehicles, that was perfect. I'd tip them for that extra service, its worth it...but I understand.

Car wash is the best "Fast" car wash in Bismarck! First off, I was really disappointed to see the hand drying go away with the new wash. HOWEVER, you kept the most important part of any car wash. Simonson's has a HUMAN spraying bug/tar remover on the vehicle, then uses a pressure washer to COMPLETELY PRE-WASH the entire car before it enters the automated car wash. The extra time to pre-wash each car takes only 45 seconds, and is 100% the reason I dropped my membership at Tommy's. The pre-wash by a real person means all the removable dust, dirt and bugs are washed away and don't get stuck in the rotating mops and scratch the hell out of the poor soul's car next in line. A simple rinse won't do, you need a brain and eyes and a pressure washer to clean all bugs and loose dirt from the vehicle. I loved the convenience of Tommy's carwash, but now my car is covered with micro-scratches all over from the dirty mops. You can't get away from all scratches in a "touch style" carwash, but having a pre wash attendant is how to do it, and what makes Simonson's carwash truly the next best to doing it in my driveway (which I can't do in winter!) The extra 45 seconds is well worth it. My cars paint thanks you!! The first set of rotating mops in the wash always look bright and obviously clean, not dark and full of dirt like the aforementioned competition. Only thing missing is a floor mat cleaning station and vacuums. Tommy's has that advantage. But I prefer saving my cars 3-stage paint! Thank you Simonson's, I know it's hard to pay an attendant to pre-wash, but it is 75% the reason my monthly subscription is yours and justifies the expense of your washes.

A great place to grand your goodies for a long drive on the road. Lots of various drinks to choose from weather it be coffee, energy drink or a juice to a body armor. Great selection of fresh food to get as well.
