My dog decided to ruin my remote for my sleep on q8, I called and asked if there was a way for them to look up what bed I had as I forgot, Robert was great and looked up my purchase from over a year ago! That’s when he found out it was my lucky day and he actually had one of the remotes on hand! Great service and always nice!
