I hesitated switching away from Verizon after 10 years of being a customer but realized their pricing was horrible many years ago. After many months of debating I went into T-Mobile recently and switched all three lines. We updated to one new phone and converted the others. My bill is cut in half from Verizon and the service is great, with 5G in most areas around Bismarck. I was a little skeptical to move away from Verizon after 10 years due to potential coverage issues, but so far everything has been perfect. Recently traveled to Minot and coverage was as good as Verizon. The staff at the store were awesome. Most of the customers in the store were switching away from Verizon like myself.

Gentleman signed up my son who had gone in to see what a plan and phone would cost. Sent him away with no paperwork or working phone or way to contact him! Didn’t call him when his phone arrived because “they don’t do that.” Customer service is not their thing I guess! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the other man working was congenial enough & understood the other guy had not done right by the customer and helped him to get out of T-Mobile!

Ryan was very helpful, patient and very cordial in answering all of my questions regarding the company's different services both prepaids and post paids. And he was knowledgeable and also willing to refer me to their executive director for further options for me. It's very hard to get good real answers to tech people nowadays. That's where Ryan is different from the rest of them. I am not a very tech savvy person, but Ryan was very patient in helping me understand all the services that are available for me for T-Mobile. Great job, Ryan.

Came in there last night and was greeted with top-notch service. Austin and Tim were outstanding! They answered all my questions and gave me all the info I needed for my new phone. I have been to other phone carrier stores ( Not T-Mobile ) and have felt the pressure right away, and always was steered over to the most expensive phones - Austin and Tim took the time to listen to what I was looking for and they did their job perfectly. These two gentlemen have the service skill that every store should have. Thank you T-Mobile, Austin and Tim!

What can I say I'm a fangirl for T-Mobile. I'm always greeted with a smile and my first name so it's always great to walk into a place that knows you either that means that you could are too much or you are some of the Define important. So this I really loved going up there any time I need something new screen protector see about upgrading or even transferring some phones under T-Mobile from AT&T and Verizon they are just a great group of people down to earth. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Last time I went there was I think last month or sometime this month dont remember. They were excellent and helped me as much as they could. I had to swap sim cards from sprint over to t-mobil with doing that they apologized for the long wait on swaping sim cards and was very friendly I would recommend them to anyone. Make sure what towers are near you befor you do either sprint or T-Mobil. In my case very little sprint towers but a lot of t-mobil towers go to tmobil however if still stay with sprint just swap the simcard over to tmobil and you will have the problem that I been having for a lot of months fixed :)
