“I had a great experience with Dakota Towing. Of course it is never fun when you have to call a tow truck but they arrived fast. My car's button that puts it into drive was broken so while the car was fine, I couldn't get it into drive to move. The driver of the tow truck assisted me, got it unstuck, and didn't charge me for a tow because I was able to drive it. I told him I felt bad they had came and he said that customer service is the most important thing to them and they just want to treat the customer fairly and honestly. It was so refreshing this day in age. I will never use another company again. Thanks again Dakota Towing!”
