Very bad experience with package holding here. This review doesn’t matter though because they basically have a monopoly over delivering things and you can’t choose which service delivers your packages. If I had a choice I would never choose them again.

Stopped in tonight about a package that I dropped off there but had not reached the destination. I was like third in line. A manger came right out and asked if we had been greeted. Super friendly and cordial. Then immediately helped and rectified my issue. Impressive customer service.

They offer 2 day air for approximately $37.00 which we paid when they did not reach the destination we asked for a refund they they don’t guarantee refused refund. Then they lost the package. Do not recommend or at least never buy 2 day air.
