Always terrible service. Not a single pleasant experience at any US Bank location.

Wouldn't give me change cause I don't bank with them. Which I can understand but I only asked for a few one dollar bills

I went in last Friday to close my account. For some reason they told me they would do it Monday. It's now Tuesday and my account remains open. I try to call? No response.I would give less stars if I could, easily one of the worst branches of the worst banks.Go to Capitol Credit Union.
