I’ve been banking at US Bank for years. Customer service means a lot to me. And they have a great App. Today my app was not working and with the help of Cadence Wilkie everything is good again. Her patience and personality was a strong reminder why I bank at US Bank. Thank you cadence.

I cannot speak to this location itself, however the location at Fargo on University, is absolutely fabulous! They are always so helpful and polite. They are willing and able to explain things to this ol, sometimes less than intelligent, cowboy in a way that I understand. That's very impressive. Thanks US Bank.
