We have a business plan through Verizon. We called earlier in the day and talked to a sales representative, who told us about the promo that they were running for the business plan that we have. So we made an appointment at 6:30 that night to go in and exchange our phones. We get there to find out that our appointment was never booked and not only that, but they wouldn’t honor the promo that we were told on the phone. The staff was very unfriendly and had no idea what they were doing. Even though they were able to look up the transcript on our profile of the phone call that we had with the business rep earlier today. We left after we were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s very frustrating when you go to a place and you dread going, because every time you go.. the people working have no idea about what’s going on and not only that they try to lie to you about what your plan actually includes when you have confirmation that you were offered a promo from a Verizon sales representative. Honestly, this was an extremely frustrating experience and this Verizon needs to step up there game with their employees. We will be looking elsewhere for our future purchases.

Jeremy was the opposite of helpful. He came in halfway through our appointment/visit and was treating us very disrespectfully, yelling at us in the store, accusing us of creating false claims, and providing us contradictory claims compared to other team members. He treated us with the absolute disrespect and treated us as if we had very little dignity. He tried to twist our words and accused us of being rude. He was twisting the reality of the situation and could not realize the reality of how he was treating us. He even helped put a screen protector on my phone he did not wipe of the screen, he put it on with air bubbles, and smudged the screen protector with his grimy fingers (he had dirt under each one of his fingers). Overall there should be corrective measures taken to assure Jermey from Verizon in Bismarck should never talk to a customer in the same tone and manner that he did to us, as no one deserves to be treated the way we were today.

They have expensive service that will not work in several areas in ND. If you are going to charge this much, you should have service everywhere!!!

It's a nice store, they have a reason selection of phones and accessories on hand. The have good service staff on hand during peak hours. However, you will probably have to wait for help.

We worked with Matthew today. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had some problems with our phones transferring data over and he spent over 3 hours with us getting everything squared away. He was patient and explained the answer to every question we had. Thank you Matthew!

Walked around the store for over 30 minutes before I walked up front to ask for help manager stated if I wanted help I should've stood at the front door. Typically people walking around a store looking at items to purchase or have questions typically might need help. When I asked the manager to help me he stated he doesn't do sales and handed me off. Tried to shake the hand of my sales rep and he just walked away, fast forward another 30 minutes prices are twice of what the online quote was. Ill be sticking to straight talk no issues in 15 years. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The workers here were incredibly rude and snarky. They purposely sold us a defective tablet that cost around 500. Their attitude against us may have been racially motivated. Don't go here if you value your time and money.

Horrible service. Walked in looking for questions of switching plans and possibly getting a new phone and got handed a piece of paper and number to call. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this store.

Had great service today from Tara. Friendly, took the time to explain and answer questions. Never felt rushed. She was always listening to us. Will certainly ask for her again if we need help.
