Horrible service. Walked in looking for questions of switching plans and possibly getting a new phone and got handed a piece of paper and number to call. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this store.

Had great service today from Tara. Friendly, took the time to explain and answer questions. Never felt rushed. She was always listening to us. Will certainly ask for her again if we need help.

I traded a phone in on a new one and was told it was in excellent condition. I even received an email saying there would be a $100 credit on my billing statement this month. When I got my bill, I found out they reimburse the credit over a 3 year period. So I get a $2.38 credit per month. Do NOT trade your phone in. Sell it outright!

Amber was amazing in helping my mother and I upgrade our phones. She was a delight to talk to and answered all of the many questions we had while at the store. We are both so grateful for her easy to understand explanations and amazing attitude, especially on a holiday. Thank you again, Amber!

Incompetence and theft is all I have to say. After screwing up on my address and devices they sent me, I terminated my service all before my first billing cycle. A couple weeks later I get an email saying I owe Verizon for the devices because they think I still have them. Considering all the trouble I’ve had with Verizon it’s either because of their incompetence or someone at this store stole those devices and expect me to pay for it. Either way Verizon is a horrible cell phone company that is full of incompetence and fraud. Steer clear of Verizon because they will get to you too someday.Update: I was told that everything was solved and Verizon even responded to this post saying “they’ll look into it” and what do know, I get getting an email a week later saying I still have a balance to be paid. So much for Verizon honoring their policies. Next step will be to issue a lawsuit against these criminals, you better leave Verizon because I’m going to bankrupt them.

Had a sim card fail on me. Hour and fifteen minutes to get it put in. If the employees spent less time in the back room they might get something done.All of them in that room multiple times at the same time. Who knows what they're doing...

I left this store literally crying, the manager here’s so rude wouldn’t even let me explained my situation, came here to return a phone that was defective he was so into charging me $50 re stocking fee that was all it matters for him he really needs to be train better on customer service skills and presentation he looks like just rolled out of bed

Just went to get a new phone number. Pretty simple. But encountered some very refreshing and exceptional customer service!!! Jeremy I believe was his name.Very nice, extremely helpful….easy-peasyAlthough I believe Jeremy is due for a new Verizon shirt ?….the one he was wearing has seen better days ?….but outstanding customer service.

Went in for a replacement of my 12 pro max and despite them being fairly busy and me having 85 flipping gigabytes of photo/videos amassed over the last 6 years in my iCloud storage I was unaware of, the service was on point! Efficient, professional and above all SUPER patient with me! The team made what I thought would be a headache errand, easy and understandable, and as a 23 year old man child whom hasn't handled my own cell services independently before I appreciate this immensely. Will be handling my business with this branch indefinitely!
