It took close to an hour to add 2 people onto an account. Sat around watching the Banker type for 50 minutes????

Pathetic, lazy staff. Three people sitting on the counter and when I asked to open an account they responded it’s almost 5pm (there are whole 47 mins left in 5pm), so either you come tomorrow or go online and open it by yourself.
