the store its self is great but the carport i ordered online through the store is a zero star. $1,600 right down the drain. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!
it was shipped damaged. the roofing metal sheets where all bent before they where packaged. i know this because the box wasn’t damaged. they knowingly sent me damaged material. and offered a $80 refund. after sending pictures and videos and screenshots of my account and shipping information and days and weeks of back and forth this was their response. i took a pair of pliers and tried to straighten it out and doubled the sealant i used the stuff they sent plus i went and bought some sealant as well to put on and it still leaked. 🤯 i should sue just for the principle of it. car port is 1600 a lawyer and court costs is probably more than that. NEVER ORDER ONLINE ITS ALWAYS A SCAM.

Went in looking for a space heater. Maria was a great help in finding the size I needed and it happen to be on sale. She also helped me with an extended warranty on it as well. Great customer service.

They seem to hire people that are not farm ranch people so it is hard to get help with anything. Also hard at times to even find employees

I came into the store looking for a certain brand of dog food for my elderly chihuahua Maria greeted me and was very friendly and helpful even though the store didn’t have what I needed. I was very pleased and happy with the service Maria provided

I went into TSC to purchase a 64 gun Cannon gun safe and was talking to the Assistant manager Jody about rain checking it and she said they couldn’t rain check it and didn’t seem interested in wanting to help me at all so I left the store.I then called the store later and talk to the manager about getting a gun safe and she said that they could rain check it and that it wouldn’t be a problem and if it were not for her being helpful I probably would’ve got it at a different store. I also want to say that Scott did a great job loading it. And because the only reason why I’m putting it as a one star review is because of how the assistant manager treated me otherwise it would’ve been a five star review.
