“Had a rocker on my jeep get ripped off during a car wash. Went to Jerome’s but they said it couldn’t be repaired due to the amount of rust and missing connecting parts. They recommended Schillinger Auto Body. They took a look and said they can fix it. And they did just that in less than an hour. Very nice people and good work. Also had their dogs keep me company while there, which was nice.”

“Stopped into get a price quote and check availability of brake pads. I was greeted by staff within the first 10 seconds of walking in. They were polite, helpful and it didn't take more than a few minutes to look up what they had in stock, what the prices were, what warranty was available and possible parts/extras I may need. “Overall had a great experience. I came into johns auto body shop on a random day to get a quote on a dent on a sedan. I was given an appointment a week later ( which is really good considering service in Minot) and was given a great quote. There was no extra up charge at pickup it was just the original amount requested. I would definitely recommend and get more work done here. Lastly the staff was very welcoming and answered my questions every time I called.”
“They are my go to in the area for lift kits and any other modification for my truck. We take all our vehicles to Tuff Trucks and Dynamic Auto in the same building. They do great work and try to keep the costs down. They are the only auto repair shops in the area I use. For body shops, I go to Jerome's. For transmissions, I go up Bullet Transmissions.”
“wish I would have got the guys name but I went to get windshield wipers and he was the first to greet me, found not only what I asked for, but also offered to put my wipers on for me. tall long grey haired man, now I'm safe to go 19 hrs home”

“This is the best auto parts store in Minot. Beats AutoZone in every way. Prices are always cheaper, usually have what I need in stock, excellent online discounts and promotions. Employees at this store conduct themselves professionally and are prompt to help customers. A great example: I needed a lower radiator hose, I checked AutoZone online who wanted about $36 and needed to special order it. I checked CarQuest online, they had the same hose on sale for $6 and had it in town. It's a no brainer. I recommend CarQuest to all my friends.”

“Service department is amazing! Best time I've ever spent in a dealership. I live 2 hours from dealership so I wanted to make sure they had the parts for the recall. I thought it would be weeks but the service manager did some checking and called me back and I was in within a week. I work remotely so when I brought my car in for recall repairs I brought my work with me. There waiting area is comfortable. I was able to set up my laptop and work while my car was in the shop. The Service Advisor, Esteban Mejia was very attentive. He kept me updated on the progress and checked on me often. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. They also provide shuttle service. Wonderful drive dropped me off at the mall so I could grab lunch and go shopping and then picked me up when my car was done. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.”

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe from Corwin and it didn't make it back to Minot and the check engine light and Traction could trip light came on. Kacey from Ryan has been especially helpful even calling car rental companies to see if they had a vehicle for me while mine was being fixed no thanks to Corwin. My next vehicle purchase will be from Ryan Chevrolet.”
“The only reason I am giving a 5 is because of Jerry - Team Lead at Walmart Auto in Minot. My husband and I were camping at VanHook and unfortunately got a nail in our tire. We needed to do some traveling to a funeral the next day so we brought our tire to Walmart on a Sunday. Jerry was in on his day off and was so kind to help us, despite being there on overtime. Jerry THANK YOU!! On a side note- Jerry had asked the stores assistant manager to help before he left, to which he stated “F*ck no. I’m going home”. You could tell Jerry wasn’t pleased with that but still, Jerry stayed. That is dedication. Again, Jerry, Thank you for thinking of us as someone’s daughter, granddaughter, and caring for us as such.
