(My preferred mode of communication) Our representative made himself readily available to assist with any questions and/or concerns. He also took time to email me suggestions from their inventory! Initially, we were set on getting a Buick Enclave. However, during our scheduled visit, we found the perfect vehicle which is a 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali. “Here is where you go when you want help, and where you can still buy parts that last. They WILL put windshield wipers on if you find it difficult, and last week I replaced a battery that had lasted 20 years, with the same battery. No, I didn't fully believe it myself, but there was on the battery itself.
If they don't have it, they will order it (it'll be there in 2-3 days, at most) and if they can't order it you probably don't need it.”

“Check charging system popped up on my wife’s vehicle so we brought it there to have the electrical system diagnosed to determine whether it was the battery or the alternator. Unfortunately they told us they don’t have that anymore? Even though it says it in big letters on there front window. The staff were very nice about it and still ran the vehicle for diagnostic codes.”
